Return and Exchange Policy


COLLECTION CLOTHING EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All collection items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. If you want an exchange it have to be re-ordered through the website or through our customer service. We will not send the exchange until receiving the first order. The garment hcve to be in the same shape as shipped out. Pls note that everything is made to order and the delivery time will be additional 3-21days.

If a returned item appears to have been worn or damaged unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund. If you would like to return an item please send us an email or contact us via our contact form where we can advise you on how to make a return.


Please note that if an order is returned/exchanged by a customer any postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer.

 

LIMITED EDITION CLOTHING EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All our Limited Edition clothing are often pre made or materials counted for so please make sure to check the Size guide before ordering. Are you unsure what size to order, pls feel free to contact us so we can help you. You do not want to miss our by ordering the wrong size.

All limited edition items can be returned within 14 days of receiving. We do not offer exchanges due to there is just so many pieces available. When it´s gone it´s gone!

All custom made clothing are made to order after the customers measurements. There for we do not offer returns or exchanges due to it´s custom made for that specific customer.
